For roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and solar
Do you like spending your evenings chasing estimates that went quiet? We take it off your plate.
A quiet estimate can still have a job in it. If one replacement or install comes back a month, this pays for itself.
$500 a month, month to month. For the first month, you pay only if you tell us it gave you the time back.
What we do
The chasing, done for you.
Your open estimates
Once a week, send us the estimates still waiting on an answer. An export from Jobber or QuickBooks works, or a plain list.
Three follow ups each
Short emails on day 2, day 5 and day 10, written in your words, each with an easy opt out, from an address you control and can shut off any day.
One list each morning
Who wants to book, who has a question, and who went with someone else.
Replies to you
When a customer is ready to talk, they come straight to you. We never quote a price or promise a date for you.
How it starts
How the first week goes.
A 15 minute call
You tell us how many estimates you send and how you follow up today.
A short setup call
We go through how you talk to customers, what goes out from your address, and what never goes out without you.
Week one: you approve every message
Nothing goes to a customer until you say OK.
After that: it runs on your rules
You read the morning list and call the people who are ready.

Questions
Before you book.
My software already sends quote reminders. Why pay for this?
If those reminders bring the quiet ones back, you probably don't need us. If quotes still die after the reminder, this is the part we do: follow ups that sound like you, and a morning list of who is actually ready.
Will my customers know it isn't me typing?
They get a short email from an address on your business, written the way you write. If a customer asks, the honest answer is that a service sends your follow ups for you. Every reply that matters goes to you.
Is this a person or software?
Both. Our software drafts and sends the routine follow ups, and Kevin checks the log every working day. You work with Kevin directly.
What does it cost?
$500 a month, month to month. Cancel any time. For the first month, you pay only if you tell us it gave you the time back.
Who is this for?
Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and solar shops that quote replacements and installs, where the owner or the office is supposed to follow up and often doesn't get to it.
15 minute call
See if it fits how you quote.
Tell us how many estimates you send a week and what happens to the quiet ones. We'll tell you straight whether this is worth it.
