What you send us

Depending on the form, we collect your name, email, phone number, company, message, business goal, selected service, or workflow needs. Our recommendation questionnaire also asks about your industry, business challenges, hiring needs, and any additional context you choose to provide. We use this information to reply, arrange the service you requested, and do the work. We do not sell it.

Services and website activity

We use service providers to store inquiries, send email, process payments, generate AI recommendations, and support scheduled calls. Call services can create transcripts. Payments are handled through Stripe checkout. We record website visits and link clicks, and use technical information such as IP addresses to prevent abuse. Cloudflare analytics and Meta advertising tools measure visits and conversions; Meta may receive browser identifiers and hashed contact details from seminar registrations.

Our internal Google tools

Our internal tools app accesses only Lumon's own Google accounts to read Search Console data and run internal automations. It has no third-party users. We do not sell or share Google API data.

Lumon Studios' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
